After more than 10 years, it was time for a facelift.
We are delighted to present our new website, available at the same address as before www.pratte.ca .
These days, customer experience plays an increasingly important role in our social interactions. Whether it's for our personal exchanges with family and friends on social media platforms, or for our day-to-day professional or commercial transactions, we all use digital interfaces to make our lives easier. Over the years, the multiple screens we constantly rub shoulders with have been powered by some of the world's leading digital players, and have raised our standards as users.
In an effort to provide you with better tools to enhance and refine your customer experience, we have restructured our website. Our entire team worked together to deliver a dynamic new interface that reflects our culture, values and identity. This new showcase has been designed with "You" (our customers and future customers) at the heart of our concerns. This platform brings together all the functionalities you're used to, and leaves room for the eventual addition of new tools to serve you even better.
The site's structure has been completely redesigned to enhance your customer experience. The interface provides an integrated presentation of the full range of services our company offers customers. Our new site is more fluid, offering more functional navigation. The images have been carefully selected. Not to mention the home page, which features a drone flyover of the region, offering a view of the environment surrounding our offices.
"Always in line with technological developments, the interface is closer to our company's new, more innovative image. Our site is the fruit of careful thought about the need to present a simple, concise platform. We wanted to offer users a more dynamic site that meets new visual standards. Our team worked together to develop a more modern interface. I must admit I'm very proud of the final result," says our President and Portfolio Manager Philippe Pratte.
Our performances section has been completely redesigned. Clearer and more ergonomic, our new interface will enable you to easily consult the returns on our portfolios.
We are always working to improve our services and your satisfaction. There's no such thing as the status quo at Pratte Portfolio Management. This new digital platform reflects our commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
About us
Raymond Pratte began his career on the ski slopes as an official member of the Canadian Alpine Ski Team. When his skiing career came to an end, he went back to school and obtained his investment fund license in 1989, thus becoming self-employed.
The arrival of his eldest son, Philippe Pratte, in 2009 enabled the firm to begin its evolution towards the founding of the firm we know today, Pratte Portfolio Management. The company was officially launched in 2015 following its registration with the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF).
In 2017, the company continued its expansion and moved into the tower at 200 rue Montcalm, with a view to expanding its workspaces and improving the customer experience.
In 2018, the company embarked on a new adventure by opening a new branch in Mont-Tremblant, enabling it to expand its offering and services to a new clientele based in the Laurentians.
Also in 2018, Pratte Portfolio Management was approved by regulatory authorities as an investment fund manager. This new certification enabled the company to issue mutual funds. As a result, the Pratte North American Equity Fund saw the light of day on January 4, 2019.
With a view to enhancing the performance of our portfolios, the Income Fund was launched on February 18, 2022, with the objective of generating steady income by investing primarily in North American fixed-income securities.
Don't hesitate to send us your impressions and comments on our new website. We'd love to hear what you think.
